Healing House Meal Interest Form

Healing House has not yet opened signup for October, so I was hoping to get input from interested Chummy families on their preferred week before I sign up. (Each family will eventually choose one night during this week to make/buy and deliver the meal.)

Healing House is located in downtown Madison (near the stadium) and the home typically houses 6-14 residents (those who are experiencing homelessness after being discharged from the hospital), including both children and adults. They rely on the generosity of community members, particularly dinner donations, to help keep this program running. This is Chummy’s sixth time making meals for Healing House - it’s a favorite in our family!

Note that you are not committing yourself by submitting this form - I’d just like to gauge interest and pick a week that works best for everyone. I will reach out with more information in September!
